List of Xbox Series X|S Games with 120 FPS Support

It was only a year and half ago that Xbox 360 was released, but the Xbox One is already ready to put on the top spot of the line-up. The Xbox One and Xbox One S are, in many ways, a better console than the 360, with one thing that hasn’t changed: they are both great for gaming, and a ton of other entertainment options.

With the release of Xbox One X, Microsoft finally made its focus as a first-party console-maker of games, rather than as a game-exclusive console maker of games. As a result, the Xbox One X now has 120 FPS game support with a number of first-party games featuring 120 FPS. While both Xbox One S and Xbox One X have the capability of supporting 120 FPS, the Xbox One X being fully backward compatible with Xbox One S and has the capability to run games at 4K, makes it a better choice of device for those who are already invested with the Xbox One S.

When Xbox One released last year, the most common complaint was that the new console was incapable of displaying games at 60 fps. This is a completely untrue statement, and I’m here to prove it. Please note that I am not in any way affiliated with Microsoft or Xbox, both of which I have great respect for. After a long time of testing and considering many options, I have finally come up with a solution that is 100% transparent and does not require the use of any proprietary hardware to achieve.

Technology evolves, and the experience of using it does as well. When it comes to gaming, there have been numerous technical advancements that have helped to make the experience even more enjoyable. Faster storage drives, CPUs, GPUs, and even greater refresh rate screens are all to thank. Yes, even on Xbox platforms, you can play numerous games with a high frame rate. Let’s take a look at some titles on the Xbox One X and Xbox One S that support 120 frames per second.

There are numerous advantages to supporting a higher frame rate. Smoother animations, lower latency, and a more responsive game with minimum input lag are all benefits. The Xbox One was always limited to 30 to 60 frames per second. As technology advances, the upcoming Xbox Series X and S will be able to play at 120 frames per second. On Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, here is a list of all titles that support 120 frames per second.

On the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, these are all the games that support 120 frames per second. More games are expected to be added to the list later this year.
