The world’s first 5G smartphone, Galaxy Tab S7, and A7 Lite, a low-cost Android tablet have been launched by Samsung in India. The Galaxy Tab S7 and A7 Lite are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and the Galaxy A7 Lite runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and has a 7-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels. Both the smartphones and the tablets come with Samsung’s new Adaptive Fast Charging technology and also support Samsung’s DeX feature which enables users to connect their smartphones to their TVs to use it as a desktop computer.
Samsung has launched its two new Galaxy Tab S series in India today – the Tab S7 and Tab S7 Plus. The new Tab S7 series of devices are successors to last year’s Tab S7 and Tab S7 edge. Galaxy Tab S7 is the latest of the Tab lineup which comes with Infinity Display, AKg stereo speakers, USB Type-C, and fingerprint sensor. Galaxy Tab S7 Plus has a larger 6.4-inch Super AMOLED QXGA+ display, which is also HDR compatible.
Samsung has launched the Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G and Galaxy Tab A7 Lite in India, which are smaller versions of the Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab A7. These two tabs were announced by the company in May 2021. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G borrows the screen from the S7, supports 5G connectivity and, as the name suggests, is a fan variant. The tablet also comes with an S Pen and costs less than the S7 and S7 Plus models. On Friday, the company announced that the Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G will start at INR 46999 and the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite will start at INR 11999.
